Architecture & consulting

How do you choose an architecture your team can still run five years from now?

By starting from your real constraints — team, budget, existing systems, deadlines — rather than trends. We audit, we make the structural decisions with you, and we stay on to hold them: code reviews, scoping, technical leadership when you have none in-house.

What we take care of

Audit of existing architecture and code review

Application architecture design and technical architecture documents

Reasoned technology choices (frameworks, databases, hosting)

Technical expertise and owner-side engineering support

Fractional CTO and coaching of development teams

Senior reinforcement / Tech Lead on a time-and-materials basis, part-time possible

Situations

Sound familiar?

The project is outgrowing its foundations

Every feature costs more than the last, releases get tense, and nobody can say where it will break.

You have to decide, and a mistake will be expensive

Monolith or services, which framework, which database, which cloud: a decision to make now and live with for years.

There is no senior engineer on the team

Motivated developers, but no one to arbitrate, review and pass on engineering standards.

Method

How we work

01

Understand

Interviews, code reading, application map, business and regulatory constraints.

02

Diagnose

Weak points, debt, security, performance; what must change and what must stay.

03

Propose

Two or three scenarios priced in effort and risk, with a reasoned recommendation.

04

Decide with you

Architecture document, diagrams, work breakdown and success criteria.

05

Support

Code reviews, decision checkpoints, upskilling the team until it is self-sufficient.

A platform governed for four years

Technical governance of a Symfony / Angular platform: structural decisions, code reviews, security, modularity, internationalization, without interrupting deliveries.

Architecture overhauls scoped before being coded

Application mapping, redesign recommendations, privacy by design and architecture standards handed over to the development teams.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask before we start

How long does an architecture audit take?

Two to ten days depending on the size of the system. The report comes with a prioritized action plan estimated in effort.

Do you offer part-time technical leadership?

Yes. One or two days a week is often enough to scope, review and arbitrate, remotely, with regular checkpoints.

Do you work on technologies you did not choose?

That is the most common case. We audit what exists as it is and recommend changing only what justifies it.

What remains after the engagement?

An architecture document, diagrams, written standards and a team that knows how to apply them.
