Synapsea
Quality, security & accessibility

How do you know your application is reliable, secure and accessible — before a user finds out?

By measuring it: automated tests covering critical journeys, security analysis of code and APIs, accessibility audit against WCAG 2.2 criteria, review of data processing. Then by fixing in priority order, with a plan your teams can follow.

Situations

Sound familiar?

Every release breaks something

No tests, or tests nobody runs; regressions discovered by customers.

An accessibility requirement is coming

A government contract, an ADA demand letter, a customer requirement: your application must reach WCAG level AA.

A security audit is waiting for you

An enterprise customer, a host, an insurer: you need to show that APIs and journeys are protected.

Method

How we work

01

Measure

Test coverage, static analysis, vulnerabilities, accessibility audit, personal data mapping.

02

Prioritize

What blocks, what exposes, what costs; a plan in batches with exit criteria.

03

Fix

Tests on critical journeys, security patches, accessible components, technical privacy documentation.

04

Tool up

Pipelines that replay tests, analyses and accessibility checks on every release.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask before we start

Do your accessibility audits have official standing?

We are certified in building accessible, standards-compliant websites and we produce audits against WCAG 2.2. The accessibility statement remains your responsibility; we help you write it.

Do you provide privacy legal advice?

No. We handle the technical side: processing map, data minimization, security, logging, user rights inside the application. Your privacy officer or counsel validates the legal framework.

What test coverage should we aim for?

The one that protects your critical journeys, not a percentage. Often 60 to 80% well targeted beats 95% of fragile tests.

Can you work on an application you didn't build?

That is the general case. The initial audit says what can be tested and secured without a rebuild.
